Anotop一次性针头式过滤器用于大多数有机溶液和水溶液，过滤量可达100ml。这个滤器的特点是有一个很明显的六角形外壳，由无色素的聚丙烯制成，减少样品的污染。在生产过程中不添加任何润湿剂或添加剂。 Anotop针头式滤器含有anopore膜，有三种孔径。玻璃微纤维预滤层适合于难过滤样品。

使用针头式滤器时可获得很高的压力。越小的滤器，产生的压力越大。作为一个大致向导，以下这些压力可以通过手动这些标记的针头式滤器来达到：20ml-30psi；10ml-50psi；5ml-75psi；3ml-100psi；1ml-150psi.每一位使用者应该测定手动特定尺寸滤器所能产生的压力，采取适当的安全措施，不要超过滤器使用的推荐压力。如果超过了这些界限，就有可能发生滤器的爆炸。
