Sub-Cell 192 型电泳槽不仅比 Sub-Cell 96 型电泳槽具有更高的通量，同时与多通道吸管相兼容。该槽容纳较长 25 厘米的凝胶。使用四个或更多 51 孔分析梳，可以运行两个以上的 96 孔样本微孔板。 Sub-Cell 192 型电泳槽具有更长的凝胶和缓冲液再循环端口，因此，该电泳槽成为 DNA 和 RNA 印迹以及分离粘粒 DNA 限制酶切消化的理想选择。 25 x 10 cm 和 25 x 15 cm 样品盘、梳支架和梳以及电极组件可在 Sub-Cell 96 型和 Sub-Cell 192 型电泳槽之间互换。

使用 Sub-Cell 系列电泳槽手工灌制时可以使用两种附件：凝胶制胶盘和浇注口。凝胶制胶盘具有可适应多种不同尺寸的凝胶托盘的灵活性。它们适用于整套 Sub-Cell 系统。按每个槽的特定尺寸提供的浇注口为直接在 Sub-Cell 槽中进行浇注带来了方便。
